SongSurprises is an online service that allows users to create personalized songs based on descriptions, prompts, stories, themes, moods, lyrics, and other content submitted by the user.

The service may include AI-assisted or automated tools for generating lyrics, song concepts, vocals, arrangements, and related creative content.

By accessing or using SongSurprises, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

SongSurprises generates content based on your input and automated generation systems. Because of the nature of digital and AI-assisted generation:

• results may vary from request to request;
• output quality, style, and accuracy are not guaranteed;
• generated content may not be unique;
• similar or overlapping outputs may be generated for other users;
• generated content may require your own review before sharing, publishing, or commercial use.

You are responsible for reviewing any generated song, lyrics, or other output before using it publicly or commercially.

You agree not to use SongSurprises to create, request, upload, or distribute content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise harmful.

You also agree not to:

• attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service;
• gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
• reverse engineer or misuse the platform;
• use automated scraping or extraction without permission;
• use the service for fraud, spam, or impersonation.

Some parts of the service may be available without registration, while other parts may require account access, purchase confirmation, or email-based access.

If you create an account or otherwise access protected areas of the service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.

Some features of SongSurprises are paid. Prices, bundles, and included features are shown on the website at the time of purchase.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Lemon Squeezy or other processors we use from time to time. We do not directly store your full payment card details on our own servers.

By purchasing from SongSurprises, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information and authorize the applicable payment for your order.

Because SongSurprises provides digital and personalized content, purchases are generally non-refundable once generation has started, content has been delivered, or digital access has been provided, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refund requests may be considered in limited cases, such as:

• duplicate charges;
• technical failure that prevented delivery;
• billing errors;
• cases where a refund is required by law.

By submitting content to the service, you grant SongSurprises a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, process, modify, transmit, and display that content solely as needed to operate, provide, maintain, support, and improve the service.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable purchase terms, you may use the generated output made available to you through the service for personal use.

Commercial use may be limited, unavailable, or subject to a separate license, depending on the plan, feature, or product offering in effect at the time of purchase.

If you intend to use generated content for commercial, advertising, public distribution, or monetized purposes, you should ensure that your selected plan or license allows that use.

SongSurprises may rely on third-party service providers for payment processing, hosting, analytics, authentication, content delivery, and AI or music generation infrastructure.

We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, or tools except as required by law. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.

We do not guarantee that generated content will meet your expectations, be unique, be suitable for a particular use, or be free from similarities to other content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SongSurprises and its owners, operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to SongSurprises for the specific purchase or service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SongSurprises and its owners, operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:

• your use of the service;
• your submitted content;
